Getting in
touch
Once you reach out to us, our friendly team with have a quick chat to discuss your circumstances. You will not have to prepare anything for this discussion. You will then receive a booking with a lawyer in a location that is closest to you, whether that is at one of our offices, your home, or hospital.

Meeting with
a lawyer
Next, you will have your appointment with your lawyer. During this meeting, they will discuss your situation, and if necessary help you fill out your claim form. Your lawyer will discuss with you the options available for your claim. You will always be included in the decision making process.

Beginning your
journey
Once you have made your decision, we start your compensation journey. At this point, your case begins and our team are hard at work making sure to get you the outcome that you deserve. And, remember, we operate on a No Win, No Fee basis so that you don’t need to worry about the financial side of things.
