Matt Andrews

Matt Andrews is a Partner and Head of Superannuation and Insurance practice at Zaparas Lawyers.

Matt has extensive knowledge across the superannuation and insurance sectors, having practiced in the area for over a decade. He is passionate about holding insurance companies and superannuation fund trustees to account.

Matt has acted in a wide variety of complex insurance litigation, including:

• Rejected Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) claims;
• Non-disclosure and fraud matters;
• Death Benefit Disputes;
• Other insurance claims, such as Income Protection and Trauma claims;
• Subrogation advice pertaining to recovery in Common Law claims; and
• Financial advice disputes.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and walking his dogs.
