The Oakleigh Cannons Grandstand: A New Home for Oakleigh Football
Located in the heart of Oakleigh at Jack Edwards Reserve, the new grandstand serves the Oakleigh Cannons NPL Division 1 team and the broader Oakleigh community. The facility includes dedicated change rooms for women and girls, supporting the growth of women’s football in Melbourne’s southeast.
The $14.7 million redevelopment transforms Jack Edwards Reserve into a premier venue for NPL Victoria matches, training sessions and community events. Families across Oakleigh, Hughesdale, Huntingdale, and surrounding suburbs now have access to world-class sporting facilities.

Wyndham Diwali Multicultural Festival of Lights
Zaparas Lawyers proudly partnered with Wyndham Diwali 2025, celebrating Melbourne’s vibrant Indian and multicultural communities at Laverton North. Our Partner Rebecca Christofidis and team member Jansher participated in this incredible Festival of Lights—with Jansher delivering our message in Hindi to honour the community we were celebrating with.
