COVID-19 has changed the way we do things, but it hasn’t changed our commitment to our clients. Our compassion and drive for achieving the settlements our clients deserve remains unshaken.

We are honoured to be in a position to share with our readers that this has resulted in an out-of-court settlement of over 1.25 million dollars for one of our clients this month. The settlement was reached after a mediation was conducted via Zoom and prior to the scheduled e-hearing.

Our Client’s Story

Our client was in his 20’s, a new Dad and enjoying a successful career as a carpenter when he sustained a significant injury to his spine working in dangerous weather conditions on a construction site of a high-rise Melbourne CBD building.

The injury our client suffered resulted in a failed spinal surgery and has meant that he hasn’t been able to return to the career he loved or be the active young Dad he took pride in being.

The settlement has restored some security and stability for the future of our client and his family.

Helping our client through this challenging time in his life was the greatest reward for our firm. In particular, for his leading lawyer, Trent Vittorio together with his legal team, who supported our client with all his legal concerns along the way.
