    Recently, Zaparas Lawyers saw a client who was seriously assaulted in his workplace by a colleague.  Is the employer vicariously liable for its employee’s actions?  The High Court decision of Prince Alfred College Incorporated v ADC [2016] HCA 37 provides useful guidance on the approach to taken by Courts in determining whether an employer is liable for the wrongful (criminal) acts of an employee.
